NABNA partners with AFNA and NOBLE

The National Association of Black Narcotic Agents (NABNA) has partnered with the Association of Federal Narcotics Agents (AFNA) and the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) to address the ongoing issue regarding cutting federal employee’s retirement benefits. On May 21, 2018, John A. Costanzo, President of AFNA, along with Daniel C. Comeaux, President of NABNA and Clarence E.
